So what’s the job?

You will join our Pi (Product) e-Procurement Operations team, providing timely support to clients who use our UK and European e-Procurement solutions. You must be a fluent French/English speaker for this role to support our European customers.

You will manage and process high volumes of company data from multiple sources. Your role is to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information is available to our clients within our e-Procurement systems. You will support our ticketing system and product queries and be seen an expert externally and internally.

Some of the areas you will be involved with are:

  • Providing first line of support to customers (multi-country) via ticketing system resolving, diverting, or escalating issues
  • Deliver focused language support  to European clients
  • Set up suppliers and clients in Pi system
  • Review supplier performance and assist where issues are discovered
  • Ensure updates and resolutions are communicated back in a professional, timely, and positive manor
  • Maintain the integrity of all e-Procurement related data

What are we looking for?

  • Drive and a passion to learn, you need to be a self-starter
  • You will be analytical and love solving problems
  • IT literate – Very competent in Microsoft tools (i.e. Outlook and Excel)
  • Passionate about serving customers
  • A background in working in hospitality / hotels is helpful
  • Native French/English speaker  – this is essential
  • Fluent German speaker – strong preference
  • Strong Dutch speaker – desirable
